Previously, Boudewijn held senior counsel positions at Boekel De Nerée N.V. focusing on employment law and practiced general civil law at ZT Advocaten. Boudewijn has pursued extensive education in law, including post-academic degrees in Pension Law and Employment Law from prominent universities.
