Matthieu Galtie has held various digital and e-commerce roles throughout their career. Matthieu is currently working as the Head of Digital & Ecommerce Europe at Liberated Brands since April 2019. Prior to that, they were the Head of Digital at VOLCOM, Authentic Brands Group starting in April 2016. Matthieu also held the position of E-Business Director at VOLCOM from March 2013. Before that, they were the Digital & Ebusiness Director at Suitsupply from August 2012 to March 2013. In 2011, they worked as the EMEA Ecommerce Manager at Bottega Veneta, where they were involved in the set-up phase of Europe E-business online and implemented digital strategies. Matthieu also worked on project management and transition to the Joint Venture with Yoox. Prior to that, they worked as the EMEA Ecommerce Manager for QUIKSILVER EUROPE from December 2009 to June 2011. Matthieu started their career at QUIKSILVER EUROPE as a Website Administrator in February 2004 and later worked as a Retail Reporter-Information System Analyst from July 2004 to January 2008.
From 1990 to 1994, Matthieu Galtie attended European School Bergen, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Later, from 2000 to 2004, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Business at TBS Education.
