The Liberia Technology Summit (LTS) is Liberia’s premier national platform for technology, innovation, and digital economy dialogue — convening government, private sector, diaspora, and international partners to accelerate the country’s digital transformation.

LTS 2026 takes place July 21–22 every year at the EJS Ministerial Complex in Monrovia, convened at the highest levels of Liberian government in partnership with the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MOPT). The two-day program features expert-led panel discussions, tech demonstrations and dedicated Q&A sessions across key themes in technology, investment, and digital policy.

A centerpiece of this year’s summit is “Partner w/Liberia” — a whole-of-government digital exhibition pavilion showcasing more than 26 Ministries, Agencies, and Commissions, alongside global partners including UNDP, Pegasus Tech Ventures (StartUp World Cup), Orange Liberia, and the Ministry of National Defense, spotlighting investment opportunities, digital infrastructure, and cybersecurity capacity-building.

Beyond the two-day summit, LTS anchors a broader national agenda — advancing Liberia’s digital economy strategy, growing the startup ecosystem through initiatives like Startup World Cup Liberia, and engaging the global Liberian diaspora as a source of capital, talent, and expertise in the country’s tech transformation.
