VP, Sales at Liberkeys

Belaïd Benamar is the current VP of Sales at Liberkeys. Prior to this, they were the Sales Director at MeilleursAgents.com from May 2012 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the growth and professionalization of the B2C & B2B sales teams in order to support the company's growth ambitions (40%/year) and transition to a "scale-up" organization. This included a comprehensive review of commercial processes and procedures (sales scripts/frameworks, sales processes, animation, working conditions, indicators, salary policy, etc.), design of back-office organization, recruitment and training of B2C salespeople & managers (from 18 B2C salespeople to 40), and implementation of production monitoring indicators & support for tool design.

In 2015, as part of a change in the company's business model, they created a new B2B sales division (today 30 salespeople) aimed at recruiting real estate agents on a SaaS subscription basis. In 2016, in order to support the retention of recruited customers, they created the Customer Success service (20 CSMs) and managed it until November 2017.

Belaïd is responsible for achieving B2C & B2B sales objectives and is a member of the executive committee since 2016.

Belaïd Benamar holds a DUT in commercialization techniques from IUT Beauvais and a Licence in political sciences from Université de Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens).

They are on a team with Rowane Lamy - Head of People, Anthony Peyron - CTO & Co-Founder, and Pierre Morvan - Head Of Marketing & Analytics. Belaïd Benamar reports to Thomas Venturini, CEO & Co-Founder.
