Neil Rotter

Neil Rotter is an accomplished healthcare executive currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Libertana since May 2022, where the organization focuses on delivering personalized home care services. Prior to this role, Neil was the Chief Strategy Officer and VP of Business Development & Finance at Accredited Home Health Services from June 1999 to April 2022, overseeing business development initiatives and financial operations.
