Paul McDonald has over a decade of experience in safety management and operational roles within the construction and marine industries. Currently, Paul serves as Regional Manager EHS at Liberty and has held multiple safety manager positions across various companies, including Liberty Construction Services and FUSE Builds. Previous roles include Consultant Rig Manager at OCS Group and Operation Manager at Scott & English, where Paul oversaw significant projects such as the commissioning of the liftboat Jinshan 1. Paul also possesses a strong background in marine logistics and surveying from positions at Black Gold Services and SurveySpec. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
