Ed Jankowski has extensive experience in various leadership roles in companies across different industries. Ed started their career as a Research Analyst for the Arizona State Senate, where they were responsible for legislative research and stakeholder communications. Ed then moved on to Rural/Metro Corporation, a public company providing health and safety services, where they served as a Division General Manager, overseeing operations and spearheading various initiatives. After that, they joined Image Micro Technology, a fast-growing company offering supply chain and manufacturing services, as the Director of Strategic Planning. Ed later joined Liberty Wire & Cable as the General Manager of PanelCrafters, leading the company for seven years. Ed then transitioned to Liberty AV Solutions, where they first served as the VP of Operations and Supply Chain and later became the President. In this role, they played a key role in driving the company's growth and leading its transition through ownership changes.

Ed Jankowski completed their MBA degree at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1993, they attended the University of Arizona, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Finance. Ed Jankowski completed their high school education at Arcadia High School in Phoenix, AZ in 1988.
