Dawn Ferry

Dawn Ferry currently serves as VP of Talent Development at Lighthouse Credit Union, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Dawn held multiple roles at Liberty Bank - CT, including AVP Senior Learning and Development Consultant and VP Manager of Organizational Development, starting in March 2014. An independent training and development consultant was engaged from July 2013 to February 2014. Dawn's earlier career includes serving as Director of Resort Development at Ocean House LLC from March 2012 to June 2013 and as Complex Director of Training at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin from February 2004 to February 2012. Dawn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Post University (2018-2022), a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Eastern Nazarene College (1995-1997), and a Bachelor's degree in Theater and Communications from Roger Williams University (1992-1994).
