Kelly Hoadley

Kelly Hoadley has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Kelly currently holds the position of Vice President Commercial Underwriter Sr at Liberty Bank - CT, where they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as AVP/Commercial Underwriter Sr at the same company from 2022 to 2023. Before joining Liberty Bank, Kelly worked at Chelsea Groton Bank from 2011 to 2022, serving in various roles including AVP/Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager and AVP/Commercial Portfolio Manager. Kelly also worked at The Washington Trust Company as a Small Business Lending Officer from 2009 to 2011, and at Westerly Community Credit Union as a Small Business Lending Officer from 2007 to 2009. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in underwriting commercial credit requests and portfolio management, as well as maintaining documentation and performing financial analysis.

Kelly Hoadley attended the University of Rhode Island from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. In 2012, they enrolled at the Connecticut School of Finance and Management. From 2014 to 2016, Kelly participated in the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut Leadership Program. Kelly also completed the RMA - Loan Officer Resident Seminar (LORS) during the same period.
