Marlena Burgess has over a decade of experience in fraud management and analysis within the banking sector. Currently serving as Officer and Debit Card Fraud Manager at Liberty Bank - CT since March 2010, Marlena has held multiple roles including Officer and Senior Debit Card Fraud Analyst. Prior to this, Marlena worked at Sovereign Bank of New England from March 2003 to June 2009 as a Senior Liquidation Specialist in the Repossession Department, developing expertise in fraud-related financial operations and risk assessment.
