Paul S. Young

Paul S. Young is the Senior Executive Vice President & CFO at Liberty Bank. Paul has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.

Paul began their career as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting & Finance at Caldwell University from January 2017 to January 2019. Paul then joined TD Bank in March 2009 as the Head of US Strategy, Corporate Development & Finance Shared Services. In this role, Paul led strategic planning and development of initiatives on a corporate and line of business level to drive profitable business growth. Paul also partnered with the Bank’s business leaders on the development of new products and potential entry into new markets.

In June 2016, Paul was promoted to Senior Vice President - Strategic Initiatives. In this role, they continued to lead strategic planning and execution of initiatives across the bank.

In January 2005, Paul joined CIT as the Chief Financial Officer - Corporate Finance. Paul served in this role until December 2009 when they were promoted to Chief Financial Officer - Business Banking, Citizens Access & Consumer Deposits. In this role, Paul was responsible for all financial aspects of the Business Banking, Citizens Access, and Consumer Deposits businesses.

Paul left CIT in May 2018 to join BankMobile as the Chief Financial Officer. Paul served in this role until November 2018 when they joined Citizens Bank as the Chief Financial Officer - Business Banking, Citizens Access & Consumer Deposits. Paul served in this role until September

Paul S. Young has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bloomfield College. Paul also has a Certification from the State of New Jersey as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Certification from the AICPA as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
