Annette Higgins

Annette Higgins, AAP, has extensive experience in leadership training and compliance within the payments industry. Currently serving as a Consultant at Liberty Breakthrough Results, LLC since February 2017, Annette applies expertise in technology and training. Previous roles include Compliance Officer at Cash Flow Solutions (now RIBBIT), where responsibilities involved creating compliance guidelines for the ACH payments sector and monitoring merchant standards. Annette also held positions at Cash Flow Solutions, inc. as VP of Operations and Director of Development, transitioning from web design to development leadership within three years. Additionally, Annette was Senior Director of Operations at Payliance and served as a Continuing Education Instructor at Miami University. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate of Science in Computer Systems Analysis from Miami University.
