Lee Mullinax

Lee Mullinax is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and business consulting. Currently serving as the Managing Broker at Liberty Business Advisors since October 2020, Mullinax has facilitated over $1.5 billion in sales across California. As President of New-Urban Consulting, Inc. since July 2014, planning and marketing services for urban mixed-use developments are provided, including the Village Walk Texas project near Dallas. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at ZETA Communities, President of Vertical Properties, and Senior Vice President of the Multi-Family Division at Prudential New Homes, contributing significantly to project pre-sales totaling over $1 billion. Early career experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of US Marketing & Sales at Grupo Situr, overseeing the marketing for numerous resorts and hotels in Mexico.
