Mayra Linares-Garcia

Mayra Linares-Garcia has a diverse work experience. Mayra began their career as the Director of Community Relations at World Vision, Inc., where they cultivated partnerships and alliances with community and faith-based organizations. Mayra later founded their own marketing firm, The Maylin Group, specializing in strategic community relations. In 2011, they joined the Office of the Governor of New York State as a Special Assistant for Community Affairs.

Linares-Garcia has also been involved in politics, serving as the Democratic District Leader for the 72nd Assembly District in New York. Mayra has worked in various roles for the Office of Governor Andrew Cuomo, including Director of Latino Affairs.

In the private sector, Linares-Garcia has held positions at The Coca-Cola Company and Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages.
