Tom Nicell has extensive work experience in the Coca-Cola industry. Tom worked at The Philadelphia Coca-Cola Bottling Company from 1996 to 2018, holding various roles such as Vending Director, Senior Cold Drink Manager, Cold Drink Manager, Full Service Route Manager, Business Development Manager, Cold Drink Auditor, and Marketing Analyst. In 2018, they joined Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages as the Director of Sales, Immediate Consumption.

Tom Nicell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Rowan University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
