Ian McNaughton

Ian McNaughton has over 40 years of work experience, with their most recent role as the Senior Director of Business Development at Liberty Defense, a company focused on developing innovative security solutions. Prior to that, they held positions such as Director of North American Sales at Leidos Security Detection & Automation and L3Harris Security & Detection Systems, Inc. Ian also served as the Director of Sales and Programs in Canada and National Sales Manager at L-3 Communications Security and Detection Systems. Earlier in their career, they were the Marketing Manager Products at L-3 Communications Electronic Systems and worked as a Grunt at Fort Henry National Historic Site.

Ian McNaughton attended Carleton University from 1981 to 1985, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in History.
