Caroline Saienni Kautz

Caroline Saienni Kautz is an experienced professional in provider relations and dental office management. Currently serving as the Manager of Provider Relations at LIBERTY Dental Plan since April 2020, Caroline leads a team of network managers in New Jersey to enhance relationships with participating providers and expand the network. Previously, Caroline worked at Bayonne Family Dental from May 2016 to April 2020, where roles included Administrative, Human Resources, Insurance Manager, Billing Manager, and Dental Billing and Coding. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Language and Literature from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, obtained in 2007.
