Nathan Perrizo

Nathan Perrizo is currently serving as the President - Health Plan Markets at LIBERTY Dental Plan since June 2023. Prior to that, Nathan was the Market President - Nevada at SelectHealth from August 2022 to June 2023. Before their time at SelectHealth, Nathan held roles as the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer, Chief Information Officer at Providence Health Plan from September 2019 to May 2022. With a long history in the industry, Nathan has also served in various leadership roles at Performance Health Technology as CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Director of Business Services, and Director of Software Development. At Mid-Valley IPA, Nathan was a Software Developer from June 1996 to May 1997.
