Meredith Kaiser

Meredith Kaiser, MBA, currently serves as an Account Relationship Manager at Liberty Diversified International, focusing on providing innovative corrugated packaging solutions and cost-effective strategies for customers. Previously, Meredith held multiple roles at 3M, including Optimized Operations (O2) Manager and Procurement Category Manager. Additional experience includes positions at COUNTRY Financial® as Operations Manager and Sourcing Supervisor, as well as a decade at Target in various operational and procurement capacities, where Meredith managed teams, led project execution, and optimized supply chain processes. Meredith holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
