Andreina Millan Aumaugher

Andreina Millan Aumaugher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation management and payroll. From March 2021 to October 2023, Andreina served as the Director of Compensation and Payroll at Liberty Energy, following a role as Compensation Manager. Prior to this, Andreina worked at Schlumberger for nearly 14 years, where roles included HR Analyst and Compensation Analyst, with a specialization in variable compensation management. Andreina holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
