Holly Ready

Holly Ready is a Field Engineer II at Liberty Energy, a position held since May 2022, with previous experience as an Entry Level Flight Controller at KBR, Inc. from January 2021 to February 2022, focusing on operations support. Holly also worked as a Barista Trainer at Starbucks between March 2018 and December 2020, and served as a PROACT Field Engineer 2 at M-I SWACO from January 2014 to November 2015, contributing to the launch of new equipment applications and technical sales support. Earlier military experience includes serving as a Construction Mechanic and 2nd Class Petty Officer in the US Navy Reserve from August 2007 to August 2013, with responsibilities in equipment repair and maintenance. Holly holds a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas Tech University, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, obtained in 2013.
