Adam Faulkner

Adam Faulkner is a Senior Legal Counsel at Liberty Global since February 2023, with prior experience as Vice President of Transaction Execution in Leverage Finance at Credit Suisse from August 2021 to February 2023. Adam's legal career includes roles as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from January 2018 to August 2021, and a position on the Leverage and Acquisition Finance Execution Team at Morgan Stanley from October 2019 to July 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate and Trainee at Hogan Lovells from September 2013 to November 2017, and a Trainee Solicitor seconded to Debt Advisory Legal at Barclays from September 2014 to February 2015. Adam holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Queen's University Belfast and completed the LPC at BPP Law School in 2013.
