Ayhan Unuvar has been with Liberty Global since August 2003, currently serving as Director of Global Video Operations, overseeing 24x7 operations for global customer support and managing 34 Video Product lines across over 10 countries with a team of 133 staff handling up to 50,000 customer tickets annually. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Video DevOps, where Ayhan focused on time management, cross-team collaboration, and resource allocation, as well as Manager of Interactive Video & OTT and Level 2 Support Engineer for Video on Demand and Interactive Services, contributing extensive knowledge in digital television protocols and compression systems. Earlier experience includes a position as Broadcast Operator at Liberty Global from September 2001 to 2003.
