Carmen Chai

Carmen Chai is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the External Communications Manager at Liberty Global since February 2023 and as a Board Member and Digital & Media Co-Chair for The WICT Network UK & Ireland since July 2023. Previously, Carmen held the position of Global Communications Manager at H&H Group and progressed through various roles at UK Research and Innovation, including Senior Communications Manager and Senior Press Officer. A former Health Reporter at Global News, Carmen received multiple awards for online and local health reporting. Carmen's educational background includes a certification in ESG Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge, a degree in Journalism and International Relations from City St George’s, as well as studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne and Ryerson University, complemented by a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Toronto Metropolitan University.
