Caroline Schaap

Caroline Schaap serves as the Country Service Manager at Liberty Global since October 2013, where responsibilities include managing the relationship between country affiliates and the CIO office. Prior experience includes consulting in change and project management at Het Witte Schaap Consultancy, where significant contributions were made to the reorganization of the Municipality of Amsterdam's Facilities Helpdesk and the development of national guidelines for police investigations for the Dutch Public Prosecution Office. Earlier roles include Owner and Managing Director of Imbizi Safaris, Manager of the Government Requirements Department at Telfort, and Treasurer at the WEB.foundation. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Public Administration from Leiden University.
