Edwin Mayer

Edwin Mayer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and legal operations. Currently serving as VP, Senior Corporate Counsel at Liberty Global since January 2022, Mayer previously held a consulting role in legal operations at Sky from June 2021 to January 2022. Mayer's long tenure at Sky from January 2003 to November 2020 included positions as Head Counsel for Technology & Enterprise Services and Solicitor. Additional experience includes positions as Solicitor at BBC Worldwide, ITV Digital, and Entranet. Mayer holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Law from De Montfort University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) along with a B.Com in Law and Business Administration from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
