Jerry Bodman

Jerry Bodman is a seasoned cybersecurity and data privacy attorney with extensive experience in various legal roles, including as Operations Attorney and Cyber Operations Manager for the United States Department of Defense from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Jerry serves as VP, Senior Managing Counsel for Corporate Security at Mastercard while teaching Cybersecurity Law at American University Washington College of Law, Internet Law and Information Privacy Law at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and Cybersecurity Law, Information Privacy Law, and Internet Law at the University of Baltimore School of Law. Jerry also held the position of Senior Counsel and Data Privacy Officer at Dragos, Inc. from 2019 to 2021.
