Gloria de Ruiter Stan

Gloria de Ruiter Stan is a highly experienced professional in financial compliance and internal controls, currently serving as Senior Manager of SOX Compliance at Liberty Global since July 2014. In this role, Gloria manages the Financial Compliance Program across several European entities, ensuring adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and facilitating SOX certification processes. Previous positions include Manager of SOX Compliance at Liberty Global, Compliance Manager at Telekom Romania, where Gloria identified compliance gaps, and Internal Auditor at Heineken Romania, focusing on audit engagements and process improvements. Gloria began her career as a Retail Credit Team Leader at Cofidis IFN SA and holds a Master’s Degree in European Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, both from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest.
