Kamiel Braet

Kamiel Braet is a seasoned network architect with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving at Liberty Global since November 2015, focusing on the development of international network and data center infrastructures for various services. Prior to this, Kamiel held significant positions at Ziggo, enhancing data center and nationwide network capabilities for audio/video services, and at KPN, optimizing the global WAN network and developing new VoIP services. Kamiel began professional career at Nokia, managing global VoIP network services and enhancing voice quality, and has also worked in IT consultancy at Telindus Nederland and IBM. Educational qualifications include multiple Cisco certifications, TOGAF certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
