Maxim Kharchenko

Maxim Kharchenko is an experienced professional in the fintech and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Lending Director at Liberty Global since November 2024. Previously, Maxim held roles including Global Product Strategy & Product Re-engineering at Rapyd, FinTech Products Director at Rakuten Viber, and Chief Product Officer at Dzing Finance. With a solid foundation in digital transformation and product development, Maxim also contributed to VEON as Global Head of Digital and FinTech Products, where digital strategies were implemented across multiple regions. Early career experiences include leadership positions at CFT, MTS Group, Vimpelcom, and Group of Companies "Svyaznoy." Maxim holds an MA in World Economy and International Business from Russian State University of Trading and Economy and a BA in Linguistics from Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages.
