Soraya Loerts is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on talent management, customer experience, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Global Talent & Chief DEI Officer at Liberty Global since April 2013, Soraya has successfully led product excellence initiatives and strategic marketing efforts, achieving significant advancements in global customer experience. Additionally, Soraya is a WICT Global Board Member and has held influential positions in various organizations, including as Board Chair for WICT Europe, advocating for gender diversity in the tech industry. Previous roles at UPC Nederland, Dell Technologies, and Cendris involved transforming customer operations and enhancing quality management practices.
