Lena Holben

Lena Holben has extensive experience in customer service and quality control, currently serving as a Collections Specialist at Synchrony since March 2021. In addition, Lena operates as an Independent Contractor at Salon Mystique, managing personal sales and appointment bookings since January 2014. At Liberty HealthShare, Lena has held multiple roles, including Quality Control Analyst, Member Services Team Lead, and Trainer for Member/Provider Services, providing expertise and training for various teams. Prior to these roles, Lena worked as a Hairdresser at Just Hair Styling Centre from May 2010 to December 2013. Lena is a graduate of GlenOak High School, with a degree in Cosmetology, Barber/Styling, and Nail Instruction.
