Donna Turlington

Donna Turlington has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as President of Liberty HomeCare and Hospice since January 2010, overseeing both Homecare and Hospice services. Turlington has held multiple leadership positions within the organization, including VP of Homecare, Hospice and Palliative Care Services, and Director of Post-Acute Care Services, focusing on telehealth initiatives and bundled payment programs. Prior to this, Turlington worked as Operations Manager at Liberty Homecare, as well as in various roles at Duke and St. Josephs Homecare, including Homecare Coordinator and Staff RN. Turlington holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Mt. Olive University, an Associate's degree in Adult Health Nursing from Central Carolina Community College, and an LPN diploma from the same institution.
