Gabe Bailey has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and non-profit sectors. Gabe began their career at Children's Mercy Hospital in 2008, where they served as a Critical Care Educator and Technology Coordinator for CEPR. Gabe'srole involved programing, repairing, and maintaining High Fidelity Medical Simulators. Gabe then joined Camp Quality Northwest Missouri in 2009 as the Executive Director, a position they held until 2021. In 2018, they transitioned to Liberty Hospital, initially as a Simulation Technology Expert, responsible for leveraging simulation technology to enhance medical education. Later, they were promoted to Clinical Education Manager, overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs.
