Aria Hays

Aria Hays is a licensed Mental Health Therapist currently employed at Liberty House since June 2019, with previous experience as a Student Intern and Qualified Mental Health Professional at Lutheran Community Services Northwest from August 2018 to April 2019. Aria has facilitated therapeutic sessions for individuals aged 10-18 and older, conducted comprehensive assessments to diagnose clients per DSM-V criteria, and is proficient in developing mental health documentation. Prior experience includes a student internship at the Oregon Department of Human Services, focusing on case management and service coordination, and a leadership role at Taco Bell, where Aria managed shift operations and fostered teamwork.
