Elizabeth Adams Van Blargan has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Elizabeth 'smost recent role is as a Senior Agile Analyst and SAFe Product Owner at Liberty IT Solutions, where they serve as a liaison between stakeholders, project management, and development teams. Elizabeth is responsible for gathering user requirements and producing project requirement specifications.

Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at Leidos as a Senior Agile Business Analyst and Release Manager, where they implemented and managed release processes for code and documentation. Elizabeth also collected and documented business requirements and produced various technical documents for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Before joining Leidos, Elizabeth was a Clinical Analyst at B3 Group Inc, where they collaborated with subject matter experts at the Department of Veteran Affairs to compile and author clinical content. Elizabeth also facilitated meetings and prepared agendas to capture clinical information.

Elizabeth's work experience also includes roles as a Senior Technical Writer/Analyst at Creative Business Solutions, Inc., where they authored healthcare information technology project and product documentation, and as a Senior Technical Writer/Editor at Cengage Learning, where they created technical content for various subjects.

Elizabeth has also held positions as a Community Education Instructor at Caledonia-Mumford High School, an Information Service Manager at Frontier Communications, and an IT Consultant as an Independent Consultant. In addition, Elizabeth worked at Eastman Kodak in various roles, including Technical Project Manager/Configuration Manager, Chief Engineer, and Quality Assurance Team Lead.

Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and has certifications in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification. Elizabeth Adams Van Blargan has a Master's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design as well as Project Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business/Commerce, Computer Science from Niagara University. In addition to their education, Elizabeth has obtained certifications as a Certified Leading SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021 and as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in April 2021.
