Scott Payne

Scott Payne serves as the Executive Pastor of Ministries at Liberty Live Church since May 2008. Prior to this role, Scott was the Group Life Pastor at Dayspring Baptist Church from January 2004 to May 2008 and held the position of Minister of Education/Administration at Valley View Baptist Church from July 1995 to December 2003. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Ministry from Gateway Seminary of the Southern Baptist Convention (2015-2018), an MDIV and MARE in Pastoral and Christian Education Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (1992-1995), and dual bachelor’s degrees in Religion & Philosophy and Psychology from Shorter University (1988-1992).
