Maria Pavalachi

Maria Pavalachi is an experienced retail professional with a solid background in sales management and customer service. Currently serving as a Retail Sales Manager at Liberty since May 2019 after a prior role as Sales Associate, Maria has demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to enhance customer satisfaction. Before joining Liberty, Maria was a Supervisor at VANINI Swiss Chocolate, where exceptional customer service led to a swift promotion. Earlier experience includes working as a Call Centre Agent at JANDELLE INVESTMENTS LIMITED, providing assistance to German customers, and as a Sales Assistant at Cioco Studio Ltd., where valuable product knowledge was effectively shared with clients.
