William Lucas

William Lucas has extensive experience in both operations management and pastoral care. Currently serving as Operations Manager for both Swayne Field Shopping Center Inc. and New Star Beauty Supply Inc. since November 2018, William also holds the position of Chaplain for Toledo Police Dept and Liberty Ministries, where William has served since January 2000 and January 2003, respectively. Over the years, William has been involved in various roles including Counselor and Workshop Facilitator at GlassHouse Ministries, and served as Chaplain for Lucas County Sheriff Dept from June 2015 to June 2020. William's leadership experience includes retail management at V.I.P. COLLECTION and serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for Toledo Area Ministries. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from McKinstry Midwest College of Theology, along with studies at Liberty University, Light University, and The University of Toledo.
