Kerry Murphy serves as the Infrastructure Sustainability Lead at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, focusing on promoting sustainable practices for the National Conservation Training Center’s training classes and special events, while also leveraging experience in emergency management for campus operational planning. In addition to this role, Kerry has worked as an Alpine Ski Instructor at Liberty Mountain Resort since 2003, teaching skiing and supervising instructors. Prior experience includes positions as Emergency Preparedness and Operations Specialist at the Department of the Interior, Program Analyst at the Office of Surface Mining, Staff Engineer at Geo-Technology Associates, and multiple roles in the U.S. Air Force, where responsibilities ranged from developing training programs to conducting analyses for military manpower. Kerry holds a B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.
