The Purchasing Team at Liberty Mountain is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring a diverse range of technical outdoor products and climbing gear from over 600 different brands. They ensure optimal inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate timely acquisitions to keep retail partners' shelves stocked while minimizing holding costs. This team plays a key role in maintaining high in-stock percentages and facilitating efficient, error-free shipments from the company’s warehouses.
