Rob Marsh

Rob Marsh has a extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Rob began their career at Chubb Insurance, where they held various roles and provided specialty insurance solutions for financial institutions. Rob then became the President, CEO, and Chair of the Board at Shared Drive (S-drive), a position they held for five years. Rob later joined Liberty Mutual Canada, starting as the Assistant Vice President and Calgary Branch Leader, responsible for leading the Calgary team and branch operations. Rob then took on roles as Vice President of the Casualty Division, Senior Vice President of Commercial Insurance, and Executive Vice President of Commercial Insurance. Currently, Rob is the President and Chief Agent of Liberty Mutual Canada, where they lead a team across five offices, focusing on growth and profitability. Outside of their insurance career, Rob served as the Founding Curator of the Calgary Hub for the Global Shapers Community, where they recruited and led a team of young leaders to address local, regional, and global challenges.
