Ed Kenealy

Ed Kenealy serves as Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Enterprise Legal at Liberty Mutual Insurance, providing strategic guidance and management for multiple legal practice groups, including employment and public affairs. Kenealy previously held the position of Chief Public Affairs Officer, focusing on policy development and advocacy efforts at various governmental levels. With extensive experience in the insurance sector, Ed Kenealy was also Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Liberty International and Liberty Mutual Agency Corporation, overseeing compliance, corporate governance, and contract negotiations. Prior roles include Vice President and General Counsel for TeamStaff, Inc. and HR2, Inc., as well as Assistant General Counsel for ManagedComp, and Associate positions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP. Kenealy earned a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and holds an AB in History from Dartmouth College.
