John Thomas

John Thomas has extensive experience in the insurance and consulting sectors, with a career spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as the Director of Business and Technology Solutions at Liberty Mutual Insurance since June 2003, John has also held the roles of Territory Manager and Project Manager within the same organization. Prior to Liberty Mutual, John was a Senior Consultant at IBM in the National Insurance Practice from August 1998 to June 2003. Earlier in his career, John worked as a Business Consultant at USF&G from May 1997 to August 1998. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
