Lance Mesman

Lance Mesman has a diverse professional background that began as a Middle School Teacher at Central Wisconsin Christian Schools from August 1996 to May 2001. Following this role, Lance worked at Farm Bureau Financial Services from June 2001 to April 2003, holding positions as Claims Representative and Field Claim Representative. A career in claims and insurance continued at State Auto Insurance from October 2014 to April 2016, where Lance served as Claim Resolution Supervisor, overseeing a team of Express Auto Claim Resolution Specialists, as well as Claims Quality Assurance Analyst and Senior Analyst, and Field Property Adjuster. Currently, Lance is a Senior Core QI Specialist at Liberty Mutual Insurance since January 2023. Lance's early education was completed at Dordt College, earning a degree in Elementary Education and History.
