Tom Stack

Tom Stack is the National Coordinating Counsel for Subrogation at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they provide strategic and technical leadership to Senior Management in the Legal and Claims functions. They previously served as Regional Subrogation Counsel at Liberty Mutual, establishing strong client relationships and enhancing recoveries, and worked as Counsel at Travelers and in private practice specializing in litigation. Prior to their current role, Tom held the position of Assistant Public Defender at the Sacramento County Public Defender's Office. Tom is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and an AB in History from Harvard University.
