Ana Claudio has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ana started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Choice cable tv in 2012, where they worked until 2015. In 2011, they had two separate roles as a Contratista independiente at Agencia de publicidad Integrate Communications and FEMA. Prior to that, they worked as a Coordinadora de Actividades at Restaurante Amadeus Bistro from 2008 to 2011. Most recently, Ana worked at Liberty of Puerto Rico starting in 2015, first as a Tech Support Tire 1 until 2019 and then as a Customer Experience NPS Close Loop Specialist.

Ana Claudio completed their Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy with a specialization in Education from Universidad Metropolitana from 2008-2010. Ana also obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Certified Power BI Service from Microsoft in October 2022, PowerPoint 2013 Essential Training, Six Sigma Foundations, and Architecting Big Data Applications: Real-Time Application Engineering from LinkedIn in October and September 2019 respectively. Ana has also completed certifications in customer service, computer literacy, networking, and project management from LinkedIn and Lynda.com between 2016 and 2019.
