Gladynell Cruz

Gladynell Cruz has several years of work experience in communications and marketing roles. Gladynell started their career at AT&T in 2005, where they held positions such as Senior Marketing Manager and Market Communications Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing retail communications, developing marketing strategies, and gathering data on competition. Gladynell worked at AT&T until 2021.

In 2015, Gladynell became the President of the Women of AT&T Puerto Rico/USVI Chapter, a role they held until 2018. Gladynell then became an Advisor to the Board for the Women of AT&T Puerto Rico/USVI Chapter from 2018 to 2019.

Currently, Gladynell is working at Liberty of Puerto Rico as the Sales Communications Lead. Gladynell also holds the position of Communications and Knowledge Management Administrator, starting in 2023.

Gladynell Cruz received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. The duration of their education is not specified.
