Dan Silverman

Dan Silverman is a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various leadership and investment roles. Currently serving as Co-CEO and Chief Visionary Officer at Balcony since August 2021, Dan also holds principal positions at Prime City Ventures and SR Prime Management. Additionally, Dan has been a Realtor Associate at Liberty Realty since August 2011 and co-founded Liberty Building Partners, LLC in August 2017. Dan's career includes investment sales at 3JM Realty, limited partnership at DGS Properties LLC, and ownership of 209 16th Street LLC. Previously, Dan was NJ Head of Partnerships at Rhino and a Real Estate Salesperson at Keller Williams NYC. Education was completed at Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2012.
