Rachel Henderson

Rachel Henderson possesses extensive experience in the field of victim advocacy and social services, currently serving as the Continuing Education Coordinator at Liberty Resources since March 2023. Previously, Rachel worked as a Campus Prevention Educator/Advocate at Vera House, Inc., and as a Case Manager at Elmcrest Children's Center, supporting youth in juvenile detention. Rachel's background includes significant roles at the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County, where responsibilities involved providing emotional support to victims of sexual abuse, facilitating court attendance for victims, and educating community organizations on abuse recognition and reporting. Early experience includes positions as a Preventive Case Planner at The Salvation Army and a Victim's Advocate at a prior Child Advocacy Center, along with campus safety duties at Onondaga Community College. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Justice from the State University of New York at Oswego.
